Research Development and Delivery
Health care providers are required to demonstrate two things: one, the services or treatment programmes they provide are effective; two, their services or treatment programmes are in accordance with best practice. Generally, effectiveness is assessed through analyses and interpretation of some outcome measures, e.g., number of patients treated per week. Compliance with best practice typically involves the use of evidence based practices: these are treatments or practices that have been proven with empirical evidence to be the ‘best’ for the specific problem.
Our consultants are able to assist clients in all aspects of service delivery; and help them establish what ‘best practices’ are likely to ensure the most effective services. Our consultants have extensive experience working with senior and junior management and administration, as well as human resources departments. We have advised in the development of empirical projects for healthcare trusts and local services providers.
